VUN Dental Probiotic Powder for Dogs | Fresh Breath & Oral Health Support

I've only been using this for about 2 weeks and only use one scoop for breakfast. My dog is 60lbs for reference. I haven't noticed any difference regarding gut health, but his breath seems to be a bit fresher. His teeth are pretty clean, as he is an extreme chewer of toys, bones, and anything else he gets his paws on. I would recommend trying if digestion issues, breath, and teeth are a concern.

Rating: 4 Stars (The item meets most of my expectations)This dental powder seems to be a really great product that I unfortunately had to stop giving my dog because it caused his sensitive skin to get itchy (I do not blame this product as my dog has several food sensitivities and it seems like we find a new one every year). When I first opened the jar I was originally a bit disappointed because it comes half full (see photo - that was right after I opened it). It has a fairly strong smell initially that definitely takes a little getting used to but unlike fish etc. it's not noticeable once you a bit of distance from it. My dog didn't mind it, he seemed to notice that his food was different but it didn't make him refuse to eat it. He's a big guy, so he got one scoop initially and I had him up to a scoop and a half per day when I realized that he was getting pretty itchy. Once I stopped feeding it to him the itch went away after a few days so I had to stop, but I did seem to notice a slight improvement in his dog breath in the few weeks that we did try it out, so I do think the product works. I wish we could continue trying it out because it did seem to be doing something.

After a couple of weeks I noticed his breath was noticeably fresher, and some of the plaque on his back teeth started to look lighter. I like that it uses brown algae and probiotics instead of harsh ingredients, and it seems to actually make a difference. It has become an easy part of our daily routine and feels like a simple way to support his dental health without a struggle.

This product is such a nice convenient way to keep up with tarter and plaque on my dogs' teeth.I hate brushing her teeth because she doesn't care for it and I can never remember to do it. With this product all I have to do is sprinkle a scoop on her food and mix. It happens to look and have the texture of oregano but not the odor. She has no problem eating her food so it must not change the flavor. She's picky and wouldn't eat it if it did.It has some nice natural ingredients but doesn't have artificial colors, preservatives or flavors.For me it's a good buy because of the convenience it offers over brushing.

Ridiculously difficult to open. I appreciate a strong seal and a pull tab, but the tab on this container didn’t do anything—I ended up cutting through the material several times just to get it open. The wrapped scoop also felt unnecessary; mine had powder sealed inside the scoop’s packaging, so it added extra steps without any benefit.That said, our dogs took to the supplement immediately, and we’re looking forward to seeing how well it works for them. If the packaging gets improved, this would be a much smoother overall experience.As a note, this is the amount of product at opening.

Upon receiving this item, the protective seal was on very tight so I had to use a sharp tool to get the seal open, which probably is a good thing to attest to its freshness. This powder is easy to mix into meals, so if you don’t have a picky dog, it shouldn’t be too hard to give this. It’s nice that there’s a scooper included, but it was a bit of a hassle to get it out since it was buried deep in the powder. The smell reminded me of the contents of a green smoothie, and looking at the ingredients, there is spinach listed as an inactive ingredient. For those who need to know product origin, it also looks like this is manufactured in China. I will need more time to assess effectiveness.

Have been using for 2 days only time will tell if works but arrived fast and the container is big enough to last a while I have a chihuahua and a pitbull. Instructions are simple and easy to follow color is a bit weird but the smell is not that bad
